Do I need to wear special clothing or footwear?
The Cuban salsa we teach is danced on the streets of Havana in
trainers and jeans so there really is no dress code. The most
important thing is that you feel comfortable in what you're wearing
and it doesn't restrict your body movement. Apart from that, anything

you wish, there's really no need. As far as your footwear goes, the
one important thing to consider is that the soles of your shoes are
relatively friction free on a wooden dance floor, enabling you to move
smoothly with confidence.
